IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When first switching over to compatibles after using genuine Epson cartridges, you will need to change all the cartridges at the same time. This is due to the technology that Epson have put in place to try to prevent the use of compatible ink cartridges.
Please follow the procedure below:
1. Remove all cartridges from the printer and switch off the printer at the mains supply for 2 minutes. This is because printers carry a memory of the last cartridge installed and removing the power supply resets the printer.
2. Insert a complete set of compatible ink cartridges making sure you have removed the transport wedges and tabs.
3. Ensure you haven't already accepted any firmware updates from Epson as this can prevent the use of any compatible cartridges.
